Encore Property is a boutique Port Kennedy real estate agency built on local knowledge and personal service, helping people buy, sell and manage the properties that shape their next chapter.
Project Overview
Encore came to us as they were moving into their new office in Port Kennedy, ready for a fresh start, and gave us the freedom to rethink every part of the business. The result is real estate branding that goes well beyond a logo, for a boutique agency on Perth’s southern coast.
The name inspired everything. An encore is the moment the crowd asks for more, so the brand speaks that language quietly – from the tagline Your next act starts here to signboard stickers that run For Sale, Pending, Bravo! and a welcome mat that simply reads House open. Even the logo moves: the O rolls in a slow arc, like a sunrise, a sunset and a new beginning. The colour palette is drawn from the Port Kennedy coastline at first light, with every combination tested to WCAG accessibility standards.
We carried the identity through office signage, for sale and directional signs, vehicles, stationery, folders and social media, right down to the shirt colours the team wears. The website was designed in close collaboration with Ben at Websmith, whose build brought it to life. Being trusted with every crevice of their business was amazing, and Encore is one of the most rewarding – and fun – projects we’ve ever worked on.
Testimonial
We recently went through a full rebrand with Taryn at TL Design Co., and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. We love it! She gave us a brand that feels confident and clear with where we aspire to be. What stood out most was how well she listened. She understood what we were trying to say about our business and found a way to show it visually.
Her UI/UX work is built around the customer, not just how things look. She thought carefully about how people would actually move through our site, and it shows. She's also great to work with: detail-oriented, creative, and clearly invested in getting it right. We noticed the difference straight away. Our brand finally feels cohesive, and people see us differently because of it. If you're thinking about a graphic design, website design or brand development, I'd recommend Taryn without hesitation. Thanks, Taryn!
