Clients often tell me the process wasn’t what they expected — and sometimes it’s the part they didn’t expect to enjoy.
The process varies from client to client, just as it does across industries. I do as much learning about your business as you sometimes do about yourself. Clients often say I ask questions they hadn’t thought about before. Those are exactly the questions that help me get inside your head and pull out the vision you already have. I’m just the vessel.
1. Discovery
I like to start by talking about your business, not the design. What you do, why you do it, who you are, where you want to go, what’s working and what’s not. That conversation shapes every decision that follows.
2. Direction
Next comes creative direction. Fewer, better ideas lead to clearer decisions. Pouring more time into one or two strong concepts is always better than spreading thin across many and landing on nothing memorable.
3. Design and refinement
We develop the chosen direction through real applications so you can see it working, not just imagine it.
The best projects feel like a collaboration on both sides, because they are.
4. Delivery
Everything is packaged up: organised files, clear guidelines and the support to roll it out with confidence. And I’m always here if you need a hand after.
